As the campaign for 16 days of activism on no violence against women and children draws to a close, the SAHRC Limpopo Provincial Office (LPO) will host an International Human Rights Day Commemoration to enhance Equality, Freedom and Access to Justice for All.

As the campaign for 16 days of activism on no violence against women and children draws to a close, the SAHRC Limpopo Provincial Office (LPO) will host an International Human Rights Day Commemoration to enhance Equality, Freedom and Access to Justice for All.
The objective of the planned International Human Rights Day Commemoration will empower stakeholders and communities to advance Equality and Social Harmony National Effort - SHiNE, as mechanism to educate everyone about their Human Rights.
It is a known factor that vulnerable groups in South Africa are subjected to violation of human rights in all spheres of life, thus commemorating this day will also raise awareness on the rights of women and girls as they are faced with a huge challenge of Gender Based Violence, Femicide (GBV+F) and many other violations of their human rights.
The Commemoration will be held on 07 December 2023 at Donald Fraser Hospital Hall – Vhembe District Municipality at 09h00.
