As articulated by scholars in the field of human rights, human rights have notably been rarely mentioned in significant key global meetings, particularly discussions concerning economic and social rights directly. This remains true despite the pivotal role that these rights ought to fulfil in addressing the issue and the mechanism used to deal with it. Scholars further assert when decisions are made on how to address economic crises, human rights organisations should capitalise on the opportunity to emphasize fundamental human rights objectives. Budget allocations governed by both national and international legal frame works assume heightened significance in the contemporary landscape as they take into account human rights considerations, it is predicted that substantial resources will be imperative to actualize and necessitate the full potential of Human Rights .
