This emerged on the first day of the South African Human Rights Commission's (SAHRC) four day investigative hearing into racism allegations at the school as well as the public unrest in Eldorado Park.

The South African Human Rights Commission (the Commission) Gauteng provincial office will convene a four day investigative hearing from 10th – 13th October 2017 in response to complaints it has received. The hearing arises on the back of recent public unrest in Eldorado Park and the repeated disruption of teaching and learning at Klipspruit West Secondary School.
