Invitation to Register on and Update the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) SUPPLIER DATABASE
In compliance with the Public Finance Management Act Of 1999 and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act of 2000 and to ensure a competitive procurement process, the SAHRC invites its current suppliers/service provider of goods and services to update their detail and prospective suppliers to apply for accreditation and registration on the SAHRC database.
The following are the categories of the goods and services which are mainly sourced:

All interested service providers are requested to complete the SAHRC Suppliers Database Forms, obtainable from our offices in Braampark Monday – Friday 8h00 to 16h30 and from our website at www.sahrc.org.za. A completed supplier database form should be accompanied by

Service providers are restricted to register one business category, while general trading category is discouraged. Registration on the SAHRC supplier database does not guarantee that the service provider will be awarded a tender Applications without the relevant information shall be disqualified. Any service provider whose name appears on the National Treasury Database as a person/entity prohibited from doing business with the public sector is not invited. Please indicate National/Provincial availability on profile. All applications will be vetted and screened in terms of SAHRC Supply Chain Management Policy and National Treasury Regulations. NB: All the existing service providers must also re - apply, and only posted, couriered and hand delivered applications will be accepted
