HRC hearing postponed

Please be advised that the subpoena hearing for the Northern Cape Premier, Manne Dipico, that was to take place at the headquarters of the South African Human Rights Commission, has been postponed by agreement between the HRC and the Premier’s office. The office of the Premier advised the Commission that the Premier was ill and not at work today. The hearing has therefore been postponed to the 3rd of August 2001, at 09h00.
