The SAHRC has embarked on a comprehensive rethinking exercise that involves critical self-reflection, reviewing our performance, and asking difficult questions. One of the consequences of this rethinking process has been the development of a new organisational structure that seeks to attract talented individuals committed to transforming society, securing rights and restoring dignity.
We want to build an institution that is responsive to the needs of the poorest and marginalised members of our society. In order to do so, we want to develop a strong, diverse team of talented and committed individuals – from those who are just starting out to highly experienced professionals who share our values and our vision.
